HOW YOU WILL HELP
Together, you can help us work to elect strong and caring leaders who will fight for breast cancer patients by ensuring that treatments and benefits are readily available for people of all ages. Sadly, we have lost over 43,000 women to this deadly illness in the last year. We need your support to back leaders who will fight for meaningful and impactful change for those suffering from breast cancer.
The Women's Breast Cancer Committee works to elect leaders who work to raise awareness, research for a cure, and ensure benefits and treatments are available for people of all ages living with breast cancer. Legislation is vital for driving meaningful change and hopefully finding a cure. That is why we sponsor bills such as the Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Research and Education Act. This Act requires critical research and education activities related to triple-negative breast cancer which does not respond to hormonal therapy or medicines targeting HER2 receptors. Victims of breast cancer deserve and need us to stand up and make a difference.
